Join us for Shauna's Hatha Yoga class! You will be guided through a variety of traditional and non-traditional yoga movements to develop functional ranges of motion and a deeper sense of body awareness. This slower paced class will help deepen your knowledge, and foundation of the postures. Shauna's detailed cuing and specific attention to postural alignment helps you build confidence and opens the class to all levels of experience.
