
Everything you need to know:
Workout Schedule: Monday-Friday Evenings @ 5:30pm & Monday Mornings @ 7:00am, Wed & Fri Mornings @ 6:00am
- Fitness classes are 45 minutes long
- Equipment (helpful but not required): 1 weight (dumbbell, or anything of similar size), basket/backpack/duffle bag (to put weight in, for example you can put textbooks into a backpack for weight), a dowel (hockey stick, golf club, broom stick will work!) and a "step" whether that be your stairs, a bench/chair/couch
- Designed for all levels of fitness, workouts are a mix of mobility, strength, AMRAP, circuits - MOVE at your own pace!
