Titleist Performance Institute Golf Assessment

Are you looking to improve your golf swing?! Look no further! Join our Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Fitness Professionals Krista & Derek for a comprehensive TPI Assessment! A TPI assessment is used to screen a player's physical limitations through a series of 16 physical screens and video swing analysis. For instance, if we see you are limited in a hip hinge this would likely translate into seeing a C-Spine (hunched over) position in your golf stance or an early extension during your swing. Another example could be if you are unable to dissociate your upper body from your lower body we would see that translated into a loss of force during your swing. After we discover these Body-Swing Connections we can begin to work on a Strength & Conditioning program to help diminish the physical limitations that are negatively effecting your swing, while also decreasing the risk of injury! We work to make sure your body is in the best condition to be the most efficient and effective during your swing.

TPI is the world's leading educational organization dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing. Since its inception in 2003, TPI has studied thousands of golfers ranging from the top professional Tour players to weekend enthusiasts. An incredible amount of data on players of all shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels has been gathered during this time. Using this data, TPI discovered how a properly functioning body allows a player to swing a golf club in the most efficient way possible. Additionally, TPI has analyzed how physical limitations in a player’s body can adversely affect the golf swing and potentially lead to injury.

TPI does not believe in one way to swing a club, rather in an infinite number of swing styles. But, we do believe there is one efficient way for every player to swing and it is based on what the player can physically do!

Our COVID Promise:

We know these times are unpredictable, which is why we've committed to a CLEAN, PRIVATE, and COMFORTABLE space!
