What Can You Expect From Nutritional Consultation?

  • Before your consultation, our Nutritionist will reach out to you via phone call (for 15-20 minutes), or email to get an idea of your health concerns and purpose for seeking nutritional counselling.  At this time, we will schedule the initial consultation!  You may be asked to complete a short food log, make a list of current supplements, medications, etc.

  • For our first meeting, we will complete a thorough health history and assessment.  We will discuss how your symptoms are related to the root cause of your health concerns.  You will leave the appointment with important information that is pertinent to you, as well as dietary and lifestyle recommendations to get started with.

  • After that, you will receive more specific recommendations at your subsequent follow up appointments.  We will reassess to measure progress and make any adjustments as needed.
    These recommendations may include meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, supplements, stress management techniques, and much more.  Each plan is tailored to the individual!
