Krista here! As a small business owner here in Barrie I have experienced first hand the stress and uncertainty that COVID-19 has placed upon us. With little help thus far from the Government we rely almost solely on YOUR support. Here are some things you can do from home to help support local businesses!

Like, Comment, & Share our Social Media Content!

If nothing else, this pandemic has given businesses lots of time to work on our social media presence and continue to grow our following online. You can use some of your spare time to engage with the local businesses you follow on social media and better yet find some more to follow! The more you engage on our social media platforms the further the message of our business gets spread. This helps us stay relevant and can help us reach new customers for when this is all over. Every like, comment, and share warms our heart and puts a smile on our face!

Leave us a Google Review!

Have you been meaning to leave that review for your favourite business online? Do it now! Google reviews help our “rating” on Google and can help us organically increase our page position during a Google Search. Support Local, Don’t Resort to Amazon or in our case Online Famous Fitness Gurus

Instead of going online and paying for a massive fitness company’s at home workout plan try finding a local business offering online personal training and classes (hint hint… WE ARE!). There are so many famous fitness gurus out there selling their programs online and while many of these are great programs so are those that are offered here locally! Many of us are offering both free and paid services, if you have the means to do so we would be over the moon for you to try our paid services! This obviously goes for local businesses offering door step pick ups of their goodies as well!
