Here at DEL.FIT we understand starting your fitness journey can feel intimidating or uncomfortable and we want to help! Our private training facility ensures a personal and non-judgmental environment, perfect for individuals of all ages looking to begin their health & fitness journey.

Your personal training experience begins with a comprehensive assessment.
During this assessment we evaluate your current physical fitness level, different movement patterns (ex: squat, lunge, hip hinge) to determine any muscle/postural imbalances, current nutritional habits, and a full medical/injury history. With this information we will work with you to develop detailed and realistic goals that will get you from where you are, to where you want to be! You will then get started with one of our awesome, highly educated Strength Coaches who will put together a personalized strength & conditioning program tailored specifically to you. As you progress throughout your program, your Strength Coach will continue to adjust your workouts with more advanced movements and techniques to ensure your continuous improvement. Throughout the different stages of your program we will track your body fat percentage, circumference measurements, and weight.

Are you looking for personal training but want to embark on your journey with someone else, maybe a spouse or a friend?
No problem! We offer Semi-Private Personal Training that follows the same assessment, goal setting, and tailored program approach. Semi-Private training is a great option if you enjoy that little extra support or competition and it can also make personal training more cost efficient!
