Physiotherapist

Hello! We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Registered Physiotherapist to join our team here at DEL.FIT Strength & Wellness. We are a multidisciplinary team of both rehabilitation and fitness professionals working together in a 3600sf private, fully outfitted rehabilitation clinic and fitness facility. Currently we offer Chiropractic & Massage Therapy services in our clinic. We are looking for a team member who practices an evidence-based approach to rehabilitation, has outstanding manual therapy skills, and places heavy importance on exercise as a part of treatment plans. We follow a holistic, patient centred rehab approach personalizing all care and treatment plans to the individual in front of us. We work together as a team to bridge the gap between rehab and exercise for our clients to help them enjoy a happy & healthy life. Key Responsibilities

• Complete thorough client-centered assessments and treatments for a variety of individuals in a clinical environment
• Maintain accurate and complete client records, assessment notes and required correspondence
• Communicate with referral sources both within and outside of our facility to build positive relationships and ensure clients receive exceptional care
• Outstanding focus on providing excellent customer service to ensure clients are comfortable and educated on their treatment
• Collaborate with other DEL.FIT team members while fostering a positive and clean working environment

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Physiotherapy
• Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Acupuncture Certification, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Certification, SFMA Certification (Assets)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high motivation to build a clientele, superior communication, time management, and manual therapy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the DEL.FIT Team
• Proactive and action oriented, high attention to detail
