Dr. Kyle Uttley

Chiropractor
Hello, I am Dr. Kyle Uttley and I am a Chiropractor at DEL.FIT Strength & Wellness. I started my education with a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Biomedical Science at the University of Guelph where I graduated in 2015. I married my best friend Hannah shortly after graduation and took a year off of education to get some life experience. In January of 2017 I started my post-graduate chiropractic education at Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Hannah and I spent four years in the great city of St. Louis and grew to love all of the southern comforts that the American Midwest is known for. We got to witness the Blues win a Stanley Cup and we attended plenty of Cardinals games. We ate our fair share of St. Louis ribs and spent time camping in the Ozark mountains. We also added our little dog Penelope (Penny) to our family.
Logan University was a fantastic place to attend for my Doctorate in Chiropractic, providing me many opportunities to learn and grow my abilities. I met a great network of mentors and friends and developed my skills as a manual therapy provider. I was able to get involved with Rehab2Performance as a student which helped me develop the functional movement emphasis that I have on my clinical practice. I am still involved in Rehab2Performance to this day and am a member of the current board of directors as well as an instructor for the international non-profit educational company.
My family and I relocated to Barrie in the fall of 2019 to complete my final Chiropractic Internships in local clinics. I was able to spend a year studying under some of Simcoe County's best chiropractors and further developed the skills I
now utilize in practice. I started my career at DEL.FIT Strength & Wellness in 2020 and have continued to evolve as a practitioner.
My practice style is dominated by an emphasis towards functional movement patterns and addressing pain through innovative and specific manual therapies and manipulation. Appointments with me will include a balance of specific therapies and adjustments accompanied by movement drills and exercises to compliment the hands-on care. I look forward to working with you for all of your injury, wellness or performance concerns!
